"Best location ever near Lake Merritt!!!"
The hotel is in a great location near Lake Merritt, just a block away, and also affordable than other hotels nearby. The staff was great and the rooms were super clean, tidy, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to people visiting Oakland. Plus, they also serve you free breakfast as well.

"Great hotel in Oakland, friendly staff, and clean rooms."
I stayed here with my family, and I must say the hotel lived up to its promises. Nice location, which is almost in downtown Oakland, plus Lake Merritt is one minute away from the hotel, where you can have loads of fun. The outside was clean and neat. Our room was clean and free of odor. Would definitely stay here again.
